The Volunteer Application for signing up for one of our mission trips covers both adult participants and minor participants. Minor participants must be accompanied by another adult who will take responsibility for them, and they must meet all the other requirement of other volunteers. For minors, both parents or all legal guardian(s) must sign and have notarized the permission for a minor to travel with MPM.
